Responsibilities:
Project Manager for a team of 9 programmers, using Agile (WBS, Scrum) and Kanban techniques to facilitate our development process and maximize throughput.
Developed the multi-threaded voxel pipeline, creating our world terrain and its deformation.
Collaborated with teammates to develop, deploy and debug gameplay systems such as crafting, menus
and quests.
Improved performance of systems through profiling sessions, analysis, and relevant optimization.
